Extension of our ibex closure:

The closure for our ibex was enlarged and lined up with bigger rocks to make it possible to take in more ibex in the future and assure the animals a close to nature feeling. Also a new rock wall for the visitors in front of the enclosure was built, a new water source was installed and a spare feeding place was made.

Our own herb garden in front of our Restaurant Branderhofstube was completed in Mai 2018:

You will find our herb garden just before the entrance area. We grow a lot of different herbs to use in our own Restaurant for the kitchen and also for our drinks.You will find rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley, woodruff, peppermint, sage, valerian root, nasturtium, chamomile, cola herb, juniper, yarrow, marjoram, oregano, coriander & lovageNext to our herbs you will also find red currant, black currant, wild strawberries and wild raspberries.

Renovations indoor area of our Restaurant Branderhofstube:

In February 2018 the complete indoor area of our Restaurant was refurnished. The wood was sandblasted and the sitting areas were exchanged and renewed.

Costs: approx. € 50.000

Renovations of the entrance area:

In June 2018 our entrance was rebuilt and the roof was cut off at some parts to make it possible for our tractors to get through and also make it look nicer for our visitors.

Costs: approx. € 7.000
